GENERAL DESCRIPTION
To maintain a clean and appealing guest room according to policy standards with a positive attitude.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Observe Company security protocols.
2. Responsible for cleaning guest rooms to Company and brand standards in a timely manner set by Management.
3. Responsible for replenishing guest rooms and bathrooms with amenities, supplies, and linens.
4. Inspect rooms for any necessary repairs and maintenance.
5. Responsible for folding laundry and operating laundry equipment as needed.
6. Report any unsafe conditions and damages immediately.
7. Record and turn in all lost & found items.
8. Additional housekeeping, cleaning, and light maintenance tasks as assigned by Management.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
1. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
2. Standing/walking up to two miles per day on cement, tile, asphalt, and carpet.
3. Reaching overhead, pushing and pulling; repetitive motions of bending, kneeling, stooping, and twisting.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Physical ability to perform duties assigned.
2. Ability to communicate with team members and management effectively.
3. Excellent time management skills; ability to work under time constraints, and in fast paced environment.
4. Ability to follow Company policy and procedures.
