The Creswell Comfort Inn & Suites is looking for hardworking, dedicated individuals to join our team!
We have part time positions open in Housekeeping and at the Front Desk.
Please stop by the hotel to collect an application and/or drop off a resume.
Housekeeper duties include but are not limited to;
- Cleaning of guest rooms for stay over or check out
- Logging guest rooms to make sure all are serviced
- Laundry and back of house cleaning
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- 5 to 8 hours general labor [Standing, squatting, twisting, bending, etc]
- Customer service
- Good teamwork
- Good self management
Front Desk Agent responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Answering phones, using a phone console to transfer calls and more
- Checking in/out guests
- Take/changing/canceling reservations
- Answer questions and help guests with any issues
- Oversee all public area [Lobby, Breakfast Room, Meeting Room, Fitness Room, Guest Laundry, etc]
- Supervise Pool Area [Maintaining the polices and regulations posted, light cleaning]
- Clean and organize front of building, and front desk
- Light housekeeping
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Customer service
- Good teamwork
- Good self management
