Hiring Full & Part Time Kitchen Staffs in fast-paced Thai restaurant.
Job Summary & qualifications:
Line Cook/Prep Cook (Experience in not necessary but prefer having basic kitchen/cooking knowledge)
-willing to work in fast-paced kitchen with extended menu.
-willing to learn our styles of preparing & cooking (appetizers, entrees & desserts) as a team
-able to spend continual time standing
-able to carry some heavy pots & pans
-willing to learn & understanding the safety rules for the basic food preparation & cooking
-reliable & responsible for the work schedule
-current Oregon Food Handlers card required
Dishwasher/prep staffs
-reliable & responsible for the work schedule
-understanding the importance of the clean kitchen environment
-learning & being responsible for washing dishes & kitchenwares by using commercial washer
-able to learn some preparation duties (washing & cutting vegetable & produce)
-able to carry some heavy pans & pots
-understanding the safety rules for the restaurant
-current Oregon Food Handlers card required
