This manger position is for our Public House location in Springfield

-Consistently offer top notch customer service
-Have 2+ years of kitchen experience
-Have 2+ year of Manager experience
Minimum Requirements
-Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
-Maintain professional and friendly attitude
-Perform well under pressure
-Maintain effective communication with staff and customers
-Quick thinking and problem solving skills, anticipating ways to help during busy times
-Basic math skills
-Attention to detail and ability to follow direction
-Ability to lift up to 50lbs
-Team player and good attitude
-Managing crew during shift, making sure everyone is on task
-Ensure plates are correct portion and the quality is up to standard
-Always working to help set up the next shift for success
-Must be self motivated
-Following appropriate protocol as instructed by owners
-Must be able to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment
-Reliable transportation
Basic Responsibilities
-Making the schedule weekly
-Recruiting, training and supervising staff
-Promoting and marketing the business
-Overseeing stock levels, Ordering supplies
-Must be able to shop for the business on a weekly basis (Costco, Smartfoods, Winco, etc.)
-Handling customer enquiries and complaints
-Assessing and improving profitability
-Handling administration and paperwork
-Making improvements to the running of the business as needed
-Greet Customers as they approach the window
-Be able to explain how menu items are prepared and item descriptions
-Be knowledgeable on menu specials and event specials
-Take food orders (writing tickets, imputing order into square, making change)
-Serve food to customers
-Stock service area with utensils, sauce cups, napkins, and fill sauces.
-Putting away delivered food items in a timely manner
-Cooking all menu items as ordered
-Prepping menu items during prep time or down time
-Plating dishes, maintaining standards and portions.
-Effectively completing Inventory, need, and prep list
-Run the line, sandwich table, and serving of orders
-Cleaning of the truck and completing deep cleaning tasks in down time
-Restocking of shelves and other items
-Understanding protocol for running a shift and channels of communication
-Open availability (earliest shift starts at 8a, latest ends at 1a)
-Reliable transportation
-Obtain food handlers card within 2 weeks of hire date
-Work without your cell phone in your hand
