Bari Trattoria is seeking a hardworking, reliable, skilled Line/prep Cook.

We are a family owned Italian restaurant in the heart of the whiteaker neighborhood. Our nationally registered historic building, which has deep roots in the neighborhood, has been a landmark in the Eugene culinary scene since the early 90's. We have regular live music on our patio stage, seasonal outside bar and we host private and public events regularly.

Our kitchen culture is about high quality ingredients, modern techniques, and the ability to learn and grow in a tight knit kitchen environment. We are looking for applicants that have 1-2 years minimum experience in similar style dining.

Skills/attributes:

-A strong understanding of restaurant best practices

-A passion for hospitality

-Love for all thing’s food and beverage

-Open availability, nights and weekends.

-Positive attitude and the ability to follow direction

-Industry high standards in cleanliness and food safety.
