Lane Council of Governments currently has openings for a Senior Connections Area Coordinator in its Senior & Disability Services division. More than one position may be filled by this recruitment. This position performs information and referral, short-term assistance, case management, and family caregiver services for senior citizens living independently in their own homes. Work is performed within the established and defined methods, practices, and procedures of the Senior Connections Program. Also, conducts assessments, develops plans, administers programs, maintains up-to-date knowledge, coordinates volunteers, responds to calls, refers cases, and attends meetings.
We expect to fill two 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) positions and one 0.4 FTE (16 hours per week) position from this recruitment. Note that only positions at 0.5 FTE or higher receive benefits.
