Job Duties:
- Document information relevant to the individual's health and welfare.
- Provide necessary support and/or assistance for each individual to the degree
necessary
- Manage and assist patient personal hygiene
- Manage and assist patient nutrition
- Manage and assist patient physical mobility and exercise
- Manage and assist patient behavior
- Manage and assist patient social activity and recreation
- General interior and exterior housekeeping
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Must be able to move continuously during work hours and be able to lift 75 lbs.
- Open to extra shifts upon request for proper patient care
Requirements:
Previous care giving experience REQUIRED
3 professional references required and will be contacted. The ability to be re-hired is required.
Successfully pass a criminal history check (CRIMS)
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
Proof of a valid Oregon Driver's License and Social Security Card
