College Hill Dental is a growing, progressive dental practice. We are looking for full time detail-oriented, multi-tasking Dental Receptionist for our friendly patient focused dental office, who, from time to time can assist our clinical team with infection control and chair-side assisting (can train). We're looking for a motivated person who is professional, reliable, warm and welcoming. A professional person with positive attitude and genuine welcoming smile is going to be the perfect fit. Eagerness to learn, cross train and develop is a must.
Duties: answering calls, patient check-in/check-out, insurance verification, appointment scheduling, payment collection, managing recall, email, patient communication software and typical dental front desk duties. The position requires knowledge of dental operating systems and dental procedures.
As patients arrive, making sure room is available and if primary dental assistant is not ready to get the patient in, seat the patient, prepare them for their visit. Helping with room turnover if necessary. Make sure instrument sterilization is flowing as needed.
Experience:Dental front office experience is required for this position. Dentrix knowledge is a plus. Radiography certification is a plus.

The position is considered full time but is generally 4 days per week, Monday through Thursday with an occasional Friday. Applicant should be comfortable wearing a clinical attire and face mask in the reception and a respirator/ face shield in clinical area during the COVID 19 pandemic.
