Avalon Health Care is accepting applications for our Level 1 Nursing Assistant Training Course.
For a limited time, we are offering this course FREE to accepted applicants.
Required before attending CLINICAL rotations: CPR-American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers or Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider from the American Red Cross. CPR training must include adult, child, and infant and AED. This is a course prerequisite at the following locations: Woodburn, Corvallis, and Springfield.
This is an Evening Class: Springfield PM Class starts July 16 (M, T, W, TH) Classroom and Clinical
July 16 - August 14 3:30-10:00 pm (classroom/lab) (84 hrs classroom)
Location: 1077 Gateway Loop. Springfield, Oregon for Classroom/Lab.
August 15 - August 29 1:30 -10:00 pm (clinical Green Valley Rehab) plus FRIDAY Aug 16. (80 hrs clinical)
Accepted candidates must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Graduation September 3, 2019.
