the spine and ribs, making the world a better place. We are seeking a part-time Front Desk Coordinator
who holds high values, and wants to help our Chiropractic Clinic serve our patients more
efficiently and compassionately.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and highly organized. Having excellent
interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a high energy environment. We hope

Job Description:
- Must have an outgoing personality, as you will be the "face" of the clinic as people come
in. Meeting the patients with a smile.
- Being comfortable multi-tasking, using multi-line phones, scheduling appointments, answer
patient's questions, verifying insurance, pulling and filing charts, taking patients back to the
treatment rooms.
- Collecting patient co pays and deductibles at time of service
- Professional, dependable, friendly, and pleasant with patients. Be self-motivated and proactive
in your learning.
- Your work will be part time on Mondays and Fridays from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm or when you're
done. We take an hour off for lunch. Pay will start at $13.00 per hour. Free Chiropractic care is
included for you and your spouse as needed.
- One year experience in a medical office, Dental or Chiropractic preferred.
