Staffing Agency looking for a REMOTE On-Call Healthcare Staffing Coordinator. Hours for this position will be 2-3 weeknights. These nights are to be determined and can be discussed in an interview. Hours are overnight from 4pm - 7am. Must be able to respond to calls or texts throughout the night.
Duties:
Heavy scheduling - Nurses will email, text or call-in requests. You will follow steps to request the shifts and add them to our schedule.
Must monitor email, texts and phones - Some nights you will get a few calls or texts in the night others you won't get anything
Handle any last-minute cancellations and work on finding a replacement for the shift
Keep detailed nightly notes of calls and emails that come in
Track shifts booked during your on-call shift - you will earn a small commission on any that the nurse works!
What we are looking for:
Someone with attention to detail and is good with people
While this is a Remote job we are looking for someone who will be available for our Staff and respond within a timely manner
Experience with Outlook and Google Docs is a plus but not required
Pay for weeknights on call
Monday - Thursday $65
Friday $75
Small commission on shifts booked that don't get cancelled
