Looking for something new? Local staffing agency currently looking to hire new member to join their team! A Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter helps ensure and provides high quality staffing services, through exceptional customer service, and quality recruiting and placement of light industrial and clerical candidates.
Recruiting functions include posting ads, contacting recruiting sources, conducting telephone pre-screening, conducting interviews, performing reference checks, administration of employment paperwork and skills assessments, to select the right light industrial and clerical employees for our client needs. Placements include individuals on seasonal, temporary, and temp-to-hire assignments.
Requirements:
Experience providing exceptional customer service in a business-to-business environment.
Excellent communication and problem resolutions skills
Able to multi-task and handle high pressure, fast paced situations.
Administrative and organizational proficiencies
Creativity and can-do attitude and approach
Proficiency with MS Office applications
Stable and consistent work history and references that demonstrate past performance.
Ability to pass Pre-Employment background check and drug screening requirements.
Bilingual oral and written skills is a plus
Pay: Hourly Pay, Plus Commission!
