The best suited candidates will have flexible availability, live in the area and demonstrate a capacity to work in residential homes in an orderly and efficient manner, leaving the home clean and looking well groomed, while maintaining a good working relationship with clientele and co-workers
Job Title: Residential Cleaning Professional Reports to: Manager/Owner
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Cleaning duties include, but are not limited to, a "top down" fashion of dusting and vacuuming all living spaces and the scrubbing and mopping of kitchens and bathrooms
Use of personal vehicle to drive to client home(s)
Competencies/Qualifications:
Appearance must be neat and well-groomed according to the dress code
Work well independently and also with others
Dependable, reliable and professional
Observant and detail oriented
In good physical condition for frequent bending, squatting, reaching, scrubbing, climbing stairs, pushing, pulling, and able to carry/lift up to 20 lbs.
Pre-requisites:
Smart phone and a Gmail account
Availability to work day shift hours during weekdays
Valid driver's license and current liability insurance on automobile
Pass a background check
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Position Details:
This work is ongoing; looking to hire on a long-term basis
Hourly wage is $12/hour
Employee is compensated for time driven in between homes
Part-time; approximately 10 hours/week to start during 2-4 week training period
Hours vary between 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
More hours/days become available based upon successful employment performance
