Our Marketing Manager brings our passion, knowledge, culture, and value to life for our clients and soon to be clients in a way that generates sales, builds loyalty, and keeps the company growing profitability. They accomplish this through their development of a comprehensive marketing strategy based on data analysis, industry knowledge, testing, and local/regional/national/world/industry trends. They then implement the strategy through all levels/types of marketing initiatives through personal efforts and overseeing outsourced resources while ensuring that all initiatives are measured for effectiveness and lessons learned incorporated into future efforts.

We are looking for a talented and ambitious marketing professional to join our team as a full-time salaried leader of our marketing efforts through their personal efforts and the overseeing of internal/external resources. The ideal candidate will be a result-focused self-starter with a passion and history for using data to drive results and improvement using marketing as their canvas.

In this position youll create and manage all aspects of our online and offline marketing efforts, while also leading the charge on designing what those efforts will be.

Youll work directly with representatives of every major cruise line and travel company to coordinate our efforts and leverage their brands marketing content. Youll participate in strategic planning and be a trusted and key member of one of the best travel agencies in the U.S.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-years experience required as a marketing professional with a proven track record of success in an analytically driven environment

Minimum 1-year experience in a position with graphic design as an essential function using the full suite of Adobe products, Windows preferred

Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field is required.

Has a passion for the cruise and travel industry

Minimum 1-year successful experience in a position with Google Analytics management, content management systems, social media campaign creation/management and basic HTML skills as an essential function of the positions success.

Able to meet deadlines, prioritize and plan work, adjust mid-course and communicate status and decisions, and results clearly along with he rationale behind those decisions.

Strong writing and editing skills

Must have the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Good typing, computer, mathematical, and analytical skills

The ability to grasp complex processes and arrive at intelligent and thoughtful decisions through the application of critical thinking and data analysis skills is a requirement.

Must be dependable, productive, and enthusiastic

Video creation/editing skills a bonus

Successful completion of a background check required.
