Store Manager, Wonderland Creative Reuse Center
Are you a self-starter who enjoys working with people and helping others think creatively? We are looking for a part-time Store Manager to operate Wonderland.
Wonderland is a Roseburg based non-profit that inspires creative reuse and environmentally sustainable behavior by operating a reuse center where the public can donate and obtain cast-off materials for art and learning purposes. Were a thrift store for art and craft supplies!
Along with managing the day-to-day operations of the shop, Wonderland is looking for someone who would like to manage a store that showcases the amazing supplies Wonderland has to offer the Roseburg region!
While initially a part time position is should turn into a full time position quickly as store revenue increases.
Responsibilities:
Operate the reuse center shop.
Coordinate receiving, sorting, and organizing donations; restocking the shop as needed.
Post new items, store information, and reuse craft ideas on social media.
Answer email, check messages and respond to messages.
Additional paid opportunities are available, including facilitating workshops, parties and community outreach.

Please note:
To make the transition easier we are able to offer a modest but nice daylight basement apartment for the right person, free of charge for at least the first several months.
Wonderland is located on the ground floor of Jane's Vision which is being developed into an art building with live/work spaces, maker's spaces and artist friendly businesses by one of Portland's Alberta Street early developers- think 1995-2003, long before it was gentrified- along with other similar projects in Roseburg's emerging art community.
