The Community Employment Manager will be responsible for the direction, supervision and training of the Job Coaching Staff and Job Developers. They will serve as a Job Coach themselves as needed and will directly coordinate with the Job Development Team and the Supported Living Team to ensure client needs are being met in all areas. This position will work in the development and implementation of client Individual Support Plans and Service Contracts in conjunction with the Individual Support Plan Team.
