About the Program

Hourglass Community Crisis Center is a program designed to provide 24/7 support to individuals who suffer from mental illness. This Crisis Center will be available 24/7 to accept individuals referred by law enforcement, community providers and individuals themselves for mental health crisis assessment, stabilization, and active linkages to community providers for same-day or next-day follow-up support services.

Position Details

We have an opening for a On Call Crisis Clinician who possess a combination of skills and QMHP credentials to provide clinical services. Reports to the clinical manager for day-to-day supervision and work assignments. In this position QMHP’s are responsible for performing a Provisional Assessment for individuals experiencing crisis. The QMHP will also provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers. In addition, you will receive crisis de-escalation training, which requires performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques.

Work Schedule: Day/Swing/NOC, hours flexible and TBD

Qualifications

MUST meet State of Oregon QMHP credentials:

Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field;

Bachelor's degree in Nursing and be Licensed by the State of Oregon

Successful applicants MUST also have a valid Oregon driver’s license, maintain a safe driving record, and the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.

Pay & Benefits

Starting at $25.00+ per hour/DOE & QMHP credentials. An additional $1.50 per hour graveyard shift differential will apply during the work hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am. ColumbiaCare offers a comprehensive benefits package for part-time employees. Medical/Dental/Vision coverage for employees working 30 hours a week. All Part-Time/On-Call hourly employees receive time and a half when working a holiday and are eligible to receive up to 5 days of sick time and up to 12 days of vacation per year (accruals earned are based on hours worked).
