Job Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact in a very fast paced, professional office. Responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients, answering multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, filing, data entry, scanning, and mailings. You must be able to converse with clients and co-workers in a professional manner, have the ability to multi-task, and be a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
