Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate:
$12.00/hour
Initial Training Schedule for 30 Days:
Mon-Fri
9:00AM - 5:00PM
After the training period the hours will be a start time of either 6am or 11am.
Job Duties:
Primary responsibility will be interfacing with online business owners and their clients as they are navigating their way through a payment processing portal. You will be fielding support tickets and providing troubleshooting and solutions to their problems.
