Personnel Source is looking for an Office Administrator for our Junction City client!
This position is full-time, temp-to-hire, $13.50/hr.
Interested candidates must have high empathy and professionalism to assist grieving family members in their time of need.Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phones in a professional manner
Processing paperwork
Maintain contract logs
Manage the office calendar and appointments
Follow up with vendors and clients for any information or paperwork needed
Handle payments and deposits
Prepare all client packets
Ordering office supplies, keeping the office tidy, making coffee
Perform other duties as requestedSkills/Experience:
Recent experience in a professional office setting
Bookkeeping experience preferred
Strong MS Office skills (Testing required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level or accuracy and attention to detail
Team player
Must be able to meet tight deadlines
Confidentiality
Must be able to pass a drug screen, criminal background check, and have a clean MVR
