P/T Real Estate Office & Marketing Assistant

P/T Position - 15 Hrs per week, with the possibility of additional hours for busier times.

The Real Estate Office and Marketing Assistant, plays a vital role in handling a variety of tasks that keep the office running smoothly. This position requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can problem-solve, multitask, and assist Brokers with odds-and-ends work that helps streamline daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Branding:

Design and create marketing materials using Canva (flyers, brochures, property signs, etc.).

Coordinate advertising efforts for listings, events, and company branding.

Ensure marketing materials are stocked and distributed as needed.

Assist in organizing and setting up promotional materials for open houses and events.

Office & Administrative Support:

Assist with general office organization and supply management.

Manage email correspondence and follow up on basic inquiries.

Format and prepare documents, presentations, and property reports.

Handle light data entry and record-keeping.

Broker & Client Assistance:

Run errands such as delivering signage, dropping off documents, or picking up materials.

Assist Brokers with miscellaneous tasks related to property showings and office needs.

Help with assembling property packets and marketing materials.

Research and gather property details as needed.

Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve common office or technology issues.

Troubleshoot basic website, email, or marketing software challenges.

Offer solutions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Errands & Miscellaneous Tasks:

Coordinate with vendors, photographers, and service providers.

Assist in event planning, setup, and coordination.

Handle various on-the-fly tasks to support office operations.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in real estate, marketing, or administrative support.

Proficiency in Canva and basic office software.

Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.

Highly organized with attention to detail.

Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team setting.
