Mon-Fri 11am-5pm (Full time when required 8am-5pm)
Starting wage$13.00/hr. Temp to Hire-
Individual must be pleasant and professional with a customer service attitude.
Detailed oriented and takes direction well.
Willing to perform all tasks / duties assigned.
Neat in appearance.
Maintain reception area, front office and conference room clean and neat.
Excellent organizational skills.
Bookkeeping / HR skills required, light accounting skills are required.
MS Office skills required, distribution of mail.
Task list will include items such as:
matching vouchers for accounts payable and maintaining end of month cutoffs, maintenance of office supplies, preparing outgoing mail, expense report summaries, support to maintenance of documentation, production report support, purchase department support such as ordering recurring small PO's, other repetitive duties.
Knowledge of welding/fabrication a plus, but not required.
