Your Contributions to the Team:
As the Customer Service Representative II, you'll provide administrative and customer service assistance to our Sales Account Representatives and customers regarding the Wholesale or Manufacturing Sales channels. Daily tasks could include: answering inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and faxes, providing document control, conducting order entry, processing returns, analysis of sales report and project management.
You'll work alongside 4 CSRs in call center environment at our Distribution Center located at 29548 Airport Road. A typical work week is Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
What We Are Looking For:
2 years of administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a sales call-center environment
High school diploma or higher.
Excellent math skills
Demonstrated customer service skills to include patience, attentiveness, positivity, tenacity, follow and empathy
Professional written and verbal communication skills and etiquette
The ability to effectively multi-task and problem solve in a fast paced work environment
Ability to quickly learn how to navigate through new software systems
Ability to type 40 words per minute
Proficient skill level in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of food products, preferred
