As an Inside Sales-Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:
Source warm sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
Understand customer needs and requirements
Process orders efficiently and accurately under OLCC requirements and time constraints of fulfillment
Ability to handle high volume phone calls and emails
Strong problem-solving abilities and phone presence
Effective communication with customers, warehouse, and sales personnel
Excellent time management, organizational skills and ability to work independently
Qualifications:
1-2 years previous sales experience and/or customer service experience
4 year degree preferred but not required
Problem solver
Ability to calmly handle stressful situations
High attention to detail, accuracy and strong organizational skills
Computer and customer service skills
Must know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Must have OLCC workers permit prior to start.
