Vacancy expired!
We are a busy insurance agency looking for a customer-oriented sales and service representative. This position will offer the right individual part time hours with the potential opportunity to move to full time.
A customer sales and service representative, or CSSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk.
Customer sales and service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSSRs can gather that for you.
