KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow up on all proposals within 1-2 days of submission, with a minimum of 3 attempts per bid
Meet or exceed sales prospecting activity metrics (calls, drop-ins, networking, scheduled meetings)
Onsite, in-person presentation of all proposals
Timely updating of CRM and scheduling calendar
Efficient time management skills & respect for other people’s time
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven sales experience, residential sales experience a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel, Google Suite
Independently motivated and able to achieve goals and timelines under minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
Must be excited to learn and grow with us as we expand into new markets
Have a positive and optimistic mindset
Enjoy being part of a team
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Flexible schedule
Start Date of January 3, 2022
COMPENSATION:
Compensation will be performance driven with base salary of $60k and commission/bonuses that can be taken over $75,000-$100,000+.
