This position is ideal for a recent college graduate with strong technical skills as outlined, despite minimal business experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Create reports and production documents

• Create links in the Legal templates

• Create or enhance automated procedures

• Use a variety of software tools to help increase production for various end-user groups

• Identify additional improvement opportunities that can be resolved with further automation

Ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of an AA; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred

• JASPER, Crystal Reports, Power BI or similar experience

• MySQL or SQL is a must

• FastReports experience is a plus

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (word and excel)

• Type a minimum of 35 wpm

• Must be a self-starter, able to work independently

• Attention to detail is very important

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Excellent reasoning and problem solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast pace environment and meet given deadlines

• A team player who is willing to go the extra mile for our clients

• UB /C# and/or JAVA and .NET Coding experience preferred

• Experience with UiPath and Blue Prism would be a plus

• Inquisitive, collaborative, and willing to take initiative to drive improvements to completion

Impact and outcomes for the key areas of engagement:

Legal Department Outcomes:

• Create and modify a variety of legal documents, in various jurisdictions, with database linkages

• Create and modify automation of certain legal functions

• Work under the direction of Legal Department leadership

Collection Operations & Auditing Outcomes:

• Collaborate with Collections leadership to develop and implement automated collection processes

• Create and modify reporting to identify collection process effectiveness

• Create and modify automated audit reports

• Assist EDI/Implementation team, and Client Success team, in relevant audit processes
