Our therapy and massage facility is now accepting new application packets for a vital part-time position: Customer Care and Contact Specialist. We offer consistent schedules, paid sick time, a complimentary monthly massage and advancement opportunities.

Our locally-owned and operated group needs an eclectic, dynamic person who is self-driven and motivated, but is also friendly in demeanor and conduct. As the first point-of-contact for every step of our business from schedule maintenance to client satisfaction, we need someone who can adapt to variables during all phases of the position.

Essential traits for Customer Care and Contact© Specialists:

• Effective and inviting demeanor for direct communications and over the phone

• Must be able to accept constructive feedback with a positive and proactive response

• Dependable and reliable attendance and eager adherence to policies and procedures

• Ability to energetically multi-task is essential

• Experience with scheduling software and multi-lined phones preferred

• One-year commitment; must have evenings and weekend shifts available

• Strong grammar, spelling, penmanship, and attention to detail

During training and review period, compensation is $12/hour, with regular increases afterward based on consistent outstanding performance and commitment.
