Customer Care and Contact©: Receptionist
Our massage therapy facility is now accepting applications for a vital part-time position: Customer Care and Contact Receptionist. We offer consistent schedules, paid sick time, a complimentary monthly massage and advancement opportunities including possible eventual full-time employment.
Our locally-owned and operated group needs an eclectic, dynamic person who is self-driven and motivated, but is also friendly in demeanor and conduct. As the first point-of-contact for every step of our business from schedule maintenance to client satisfaction, we need a receptionist who can adapt to variables during all phases of the position.
Essential traits for Customer Care and Contact©: Receptionist
⢠Effective and inviting demeanor for direct communications and over the phone
⢠Must be able to accept constructive feedback with a positive and proactive response
⢠Dependable and reliable attendance and eager adherence to policies and procedures
⢠Ability to energetically multi-task is essential
⢠Experience with scheduling software and multi-lined phones preferred
⢠One-year commitment; must have evenings and weekend shifts available
⢠Strong grammar, spelling, penmanship, and attention to detail
⢠Dependable attendance and eager adherence to policies and procedures
Compensation is $12-15/hour based on prior experience and job performance.
