Licensed Massage Therapist
Our multi-function therapy and massage facility is now accepting applications for the position of Licensed Massage Therapist.
Our locally-owned and operated massage therapy group needs a dynamic, reliable person who is self-driven and motivated, but is also friendly in demeanor and conduct. Skilled, educated, and caring massage therapists are the lifeblood of Footloose Massage Center. As our business grows, so does our need for talented, dedicated staff!
Training will include policies and procedures at our facility.
Essential traits for Licensed Massage Therapist:
Licensed to practice massage in Oregon; if certification is pending, please note
Must have verifiable liability insurance as of the first day of work
Must be available to regularly work at least one weekend day per week
Must have two years of professional massage experience (post-education)
Skilled in deep pressure, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage
Must be willing to accept feedback with a positive and proactive response
Dependable attendance and eager adherence to policies and procedures
Ability to multi-task is essential, including assisting staff to help maintain an inviting and serene environment.
Those willing to assure commitment for a minimum of two or more years will be given preference. We are looking for reliable, long-term employees who want to invest in personal and professional development and client growth and retention as part of Footloose Massage Center.
Compensation is based on commission with earned increases from job performance.
