Local construction and maintenance company that services residential, commercial and industrial properties in the Eugene Oregon region needs a self motivated construction worker to service various properties with maintenance and construction work. Construction and maintenance of houses, apartments, medical offices and retail stores. Job duties include: Painting, deck repairs, cement floor repair, laminate flooring Installation, siding replacement and various other construction work. Maintenance duties include: Rental property clean outs and restoration. Commercial work of repairs and general maintenance. Roof maintenance of cleaning moss off roof shingles and cleaning rain gutters. Yard work duties include trimming trees, loading and unloading trucks of dirt and bark. Must be skilled in basic maintenance and have the ability to work outdoors doing yard work to installing fencing. Good customer service, neat appearance, handwriting and team work.
