⢠Project Manager - Residential Remodel Construction
We are looking for a person that has a great attitude to manage our field production team who completes our interior residential remodeling projects. We take care of all the marketing, and sales freeing up your time to do what you do best - produce great projects that help clients "Love where they Live."
Important skills to have - Knowledge of construction practices and labor costs in construction, work within timelines, able to manage multiple residential construction projects congruently.
Good computer skills to include Excel, Word, (Quickbooks is a plus, cad, sketch-up, - optional).
Good communication and follow up skills, organized and focused.

Responsibilities include coordination of work schedules, inspections during various construction phases, monitoring permits, and daily oversight of subcontractors, ensuring work is within project
Responsible for obtaining sub-contractor estimates and bids, performing project buyouts, and managing subcontractors' progress against plan.
Schedule pre-construction site visits of all jobs that are under construction.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities, identify and resolve issues
