You must be skilled in the multiple aspects of construction, be confident and competent enough to complete tasks without the need for supervision or constant instruction, lead and supervise others, be able to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully while interacting with the customer, and be self motivated to stay on task and manage your time efficiently.

Full-time position starts at $20 per hour and will increase upon satisfactory completion of initial probationary period. New permanent rate of pay (somewhere around $25 - $30 per hour) to be determined based on your proven skill level and ability to adhere to all company employment policies and requirements.
Upon successful completion of 30 days, we will decide together if you are a good fit. A formal employment offer will be given at this time & will include determined rate of pay, new hire packet with our company’s STRICT NO DRUG POLICY, ATTENDANCE POLICY, AT WILL/NO FAULT EMPLOYER NOTICE, and EMPLOYEE CONDUCT AGREEMENT.
You will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen before employment begins, as well as submit to random screenings while employed by the company.
Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license and insurance.
Must be able to provide your own set of basic construction tools which must include a pair of safety glasses and know how to use all tools safely and correctly. This includes being able to accurately and quickly read a tape measure!
