Job Title: Technical Product Manager Location: Hillsboro, OR (Remote as of now) Contract: 12 months (Possibility of extension)
Must Have
5+ years of experience in product management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or another relevant field, or relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree
Experience with UX/UI design and delivery including personas, journey maps, interaction design, and a working knowledge of web UI technology.
Experience delivering service consoles, dashboards, and information portals.
Strong Analytical and Data Visualization Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork skills to effectively connect with both business and technical IT team
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the creation of a product/platform vision and multi-year roadmap for Customer Experience deliver in partnership with engineers, designers and the business
Collaborate with all partners to understand Business needs, outcomes and value and ensure roadmaps are aligned to those needs
Utilizing a "customer-centric" mentality in crafting roadmaps and building products/platforms that both meet current and future enterprise needs
Bringing outstanding market and industry insights to platform and product strategy
Use a value framework to make product and platform decisions.
Engage with customers via surveys, workshops, forums, and other means to collect insights, requirements, and feedback on EAP user experiences.
Drive adherence to all standard TPM ways of working (e.g., process, artifacts, templates, collaboration models)
Track value delivered, product adoption, performance, and execution against the end to end roadmap and adjusting roadmaps as necessary
