Our key customers are engineers working on all of Intel's platforms. The team provides a computing environment and support that includes source control, build and test automation, and static code analysis tools.
Our organization provides key software tools for product development teams within Intel to facilitate their processes. We partner with them to improve our products according to their ever changing needs. As part of our team, you will partner with other engineering teams to develop automated solutions that will help our customers and impact the day to day lives of our engineers. This position requires a diverse set of skills and will give you the opportunity to work with teams from all over the world. As a technical leader you will also influence the culture of our agile persistent team with best development practices.
You will help us with the following responsibilities:
• Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of productions systems
• Standardize our product's infrastructure into single configuration
• Design and implement expansion strategies scalable solutions, disaster recovery and failover processes
• Responsible for performing end-to-end incident management.
• Strong communication skills to interact with Agile team
• Create and maintain complete and accurate documentation for the purpose of operational audits including security and compliance.
Ability to collaborate with global teams.

• Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computational Science or any related field
• Between 4 to 7 years of experience in any of the following areas:
• Strong Experience with CI/CD methodologies, workflows, configuration management, and tools
• Strong Experience with Configuration Management tools (Ansible, Puppet)
• Linux/Windows system administration
• Scripting and automating administration tasks like Python, Bash, PowerShell
• Web application hosting and troubleshooting experience (ISS, Apache, Tomcat, Nginx)
• High Availability / Load Balancing / Redundancy
• File storage technologies NFS, LVM
• Monitoring tools (e.g. New Relic)
• Technical troubleshooting skills for both system performance and network connectivity issues.
• Deep knowledge in any of the following: Artifact Repository Manager Tools, CI tools (Continue Integration tools like Jenkins), auto-scaling, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automated monitoring
• Experience with automation frameworks like: Selenium, Cucumber/Gherkin, Gauge
• Advanced English, written and spoken
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Between 4 to 7 years of experience with any of the following:
• Technical leadership roles, driving innovative solutions
• Container technologies: Docker / Kubernetes / Rancher
• Public and Hybrid clouds technologies, (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc)
• Transactional Databases MySQL, MS SQL, Postgres
• Agile methodology (SCRUM) experience, (SAFe would be ideal)
