As a Quality Team Leader, you are supporting the Customer Support - Field Factory (CS FF) quality roadmap and secure the Field Factory focus on quality in order to meet and exceed customer satisfaction As Regional Quality Leader for Field Factory (FF) you will lead the deployment and execution of the quality roadmap in your specific region.ASML is a world leader in the manufacture of advanced technology systems for the semiconductor industry. Founded in the Netherlands in 1984, the company is publicly traded on Euronext Amsterdam and NASDAQ under the symbol ASML.Job Description-Coach and lead a team of quality engineers in performing assessments, quality checks and root cause analysis on specific activities in the field (QA role deployment).-Execute specific QA plan (defined by FF-MT) for the upgrades/relo/install.-Identify the gaps in current operational processes and define corrective actions with relevant regional stakeholders in FF (project and line management).-Deploy the quality behavioral vision (awareness and culture) of CS Field Factory throughout all the employees (including 3rd party).-Advise on continuous improvement actions to be applied in the other regions.EducationMaster or Bachelor degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.Experience-At least 5 year field experience in ASML, 2 year experience in CS/FF in leading position.-Good knowledge of quality management tools: 8D report, RCA, problem solving.-ASML quality improvement projects experience preferred.-Deep technical knowledge of machines and upgrades.Personal skills-High focus on quality values.-Very Good communication skills, good listener, with the ability to engage with team.-Team player, but also independent.-Zero repeat quality mindset.-Pro-active attitude and taking initiative.-Leadership attitude.-Able to work in multicultural environment.-Influencing power.-Change management.Context of the positionThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
