Oregon Child Development Coalition (OCDC) is currently seeking an ERSEA Family and Community Partnership System Supervisor. This position is responsible for full enrollment of all county programs, and all elements of ERSEA (Eligibility Recruitment Selection Enrollment and Attendance) in the county. The ERSEA Supervisor assists the Program Director with parent activities and trainings, and works with the Program Director on community /resource development, outreach, and partnership building. The position directly oversees the team of intake workers. The successful candidate will have program and staff management experience, strong leadership capacities and a commitment to providing high quality services to the children and families of OCDC.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

BA degree in Social Work or related field preferred, with 2 years related experience.

OR

Equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrate knowledge, skills and experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meets and maintains 100% of funded enrollment for all county programs in accordance with Head Start Performance Standards and Agency guidelines

Manage family recruitment activities in all service areas

Supervise and support intake workers

Review all enrollment documentation to ensure compliance with Agency guidelines

Develop and implement recruitment plan for county programs

Assist Program Director in family and community partnership development

Maintaining systems for tracking, documenting and providing resourcesADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bilingual English/Spanish required. Must read, write and speak Spanish fluently.DESIRED QUALITIES:
