We need a few more licensed stylists for our growing Great Clips salons in Klamath Falls.
At our salons you'll receive:
+ Generous hourly wage up to $11.75/hour to start, based on your experience and availability
+ Periodic reviews and raises as you progress through training and meet goals
+ An incentive for hours worked on weekends ($1.00 extra per hour)
+ Tips -- keep all your tips -- no tip sharing with others
+ Commission that is calculated daily on your performance to maximize your earnings
+ Commission on all products sold from our inventory
+ Paid Training -- to help you improve your haircutting and customer service skills
+ Other bonuses and benefits including Holiday Pay and Sick Pay
+ Assistance with beauty school student loan repayment
+ Plan to assist stylists who come to us with wage garnishments
NO CLIENT LIST IS NEEDED
NO INVESTMENT IS NEEDED
NO INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR LICENSE IS NEEDED
MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES -- we promote from within our salon, so start as a stylist and you're eligible for promotion to several levels of management positions. We'll even pay you while you attend management training and learn the skills of managing a busy salon.
Full time or part-time hours are available now. Weekends only is also an option.
Just out of beauty school? We'd love to have you join us even if you don't have years of experience.
