Hamâs Body Shop in Grants Pass, Oregon is looking to hire a body shop manager. We are the longest running

The Body Shop Manager manages the activities of all staff members. Also, this person is directly responsible for maintaining the high standard of quality and care reputation that Hamâs Body Shop has spent a lifetime building. This individual is responsible for the hiring, maintaining, and training of all personnel. The Body Shop Manager serves as the liaison between the shop and insurance/contracted personnel to ensure that contractual numbers are maintained and met. Additionally, write all estimates timely, completely, and within the scope of contractual obligations.
The Body Shop Manager is in charge of administering all of the following:
⢠All aspects of production work flow.
⢠Management of accounts receivables.
⢠Ensure that all vehicle manufacturer procedures are followed.
⢠Address customer requests, questions and concerns in a professional, courteous and prompt manner.
⢠Manage staff in a positive manner by communicating performance/production expectations. Recognizing needs, coaching and mentoring. Cultivate and maintain a positive working relationship with all employees.
⢠Comply with company safety policies and procedures.
⢠Other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
⢠Minimum of 1 year experience as a Body Shop Manager or 3 yearsâ experience as an estimator
⢠Solid understanding of estimating processes
⢠Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
⢠Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
⢠Better than a working knowledge of computers
⢠Possess an acceptable driving record with a valid driverâs license and pass a background check
