Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in rough framing and finish carpentry. You should bring strong craftsmanship. A minimum of 3+ years of residential/ commercial carpentry experience is preferred, along with a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.Proven residential/ commercial carpentry experienceAbility to work with a variety of tools, materials, and finishesReliable transportation and punctualityStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with contractors and crewsOSHA certification or willingness to obtain is a plusResponsibilities18 yrs minimum.
