What you’ll do as the Manager in Training:

Observe and absorb all that you can while shadowing the Assistant General Manager and General Manager on a daily basis

Develop sales and marketing campaigns and initiate community engagements within the wellness community

Constantly engage with new customers through studio tours, Care Cards, listening to and answering questions, and making recommendations on services

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to educate potential clients on Restore’s offerings

Initiate the sales process by scheduling and conducting appointments with warm leads
