Looking for a long term experienced bookkeeper/payroll person for a long term position with a great company that has been in the Valley over 60 years This position requires previous experience and skills with bookkeeping, knowledge of some accounting, AP, AR, prepare deposits, reconcile bank accounts, payroll weekly, prepare payroll tax deposits, prepare certified payroll reports, monthly workers comp reports, year end accounting provide to accountant, posting, knowledge of microsoft office, and knowledge or ability to learn sage 100 accounting, answer phones, must have 10 key by touch, must be professional, and have the ability to get an Oregon notary. Must have the ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks with interruptions.
Monday-Friday 8-5 and pay is DOE. Please email resume with wage requirements.
