We are looking for an accomplished, experienced self-storage management team to lead multiple storage facilities in Medford and Grants Pass (facilities approx. 20 minutes apart). Interested candidates should reply with a resume and contact information.
Responsibilities and duties (included, but not limited to):
Customer service
Debt Collection (sending letters, making phone calls, etc.)
Rate Management
U-Haul truck leasing
Retail Sales
Marketing
Property Maintenance
Budgeting and expense control
Cash handling
Phone etiquette and basic computer skills/knowledge.
This position is full with a salary and on-site living. Only serious and qualified candidates need apply.
Qualified candidates will be able to pass a background check and drug test and must also have valid Drivers License and reliable transportation.
Previous self-storage management and maintenance experience is a MUST.
