Job Summary: This position is an opportunity to join our Client Care team in a software support capacity, helping customers get the most from our eCommerce software products. This position has a wide latitude of responsibilities, and relies heavily on excellent communication, technical know-how, and experience. The individual well-suited to this position will be a tech-savvy self-motivator with a rare combination of creativity AND detail-orientation. We are seeking someone who consistently provides excellent customer service.
Be the first point of contact for customers using our software, via tickets or the phone
Provide excellent product support and service work for customers with various technological aptitudes
Deliver in-depth software support to resolve customer issues with our e-commerce software products.
Complete proper documentation and closure of support requests
Maintain a high level of knowledge on our products and the supported industries
Escalate issues, as needed
Assist in driving software recommendations to improve the customer experience
Stay in the forefront of the eCommerce industry
Job Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with web development, e-commerce solutions, or a closely related field
General software and web proficiency, with a basic understanding of HTML / CSS
Organized, excellent attention to detail and high capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experienced with Microsoft Office software applications
Strong research, analysis, and critical thinking skills
Strong typing skills
A strong passion for customer service, technology, and a “can-do” approach
Well-developed communication skills
Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
Ability to be a quick learner
Associates’ Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems OR a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related field performing technical support and/or customer service.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Additional experience in the eCommerce industry, trouble shooting, technical writing, training, marketing, and/or web design
