Using strong HR knowledge, provide guidance and support to managers throughout the organization
Develop constructive relationships with managers throughout the organization
Draft legally compliant discipline and coaching documentation
Collaborate with the ER Specialist 1 team in drafting documentation to ensure legal compliance
Counsel and advise management and staff on employment law issues such as Reasonable Suspicion, conflict resolution, harassment and discrimination, and American’s with Disabilities Act
Draft, review, approve and make recommendations related to Involuntary Terminations
Assist dealership staff with post-employment drug/alcohol questions and processes
Function as back up to Manager as needed
Provide support and assistance throughout department as needed
Assist with employment law research and reporting

Communicate regularly with management internally, at the store, and directly with employees to resolve problems and answer questions. This is to provide employees and managers with clear, concise and helpful information on how to navigate the various steps of their leave
Ensure that all medical and family leave standards and protocols are followed under legal, regulatory and company policy
Qualifications:
Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training, Communication, Psychology degree.
Experience in the following: leave and safety administration, general office administration
Previous experience in Human Resources related position
