The McCall House Boutique Inn is hiring a hands-on, personable, motivated, professional and Front Desk/Guest Service Representative to join our team.
The successful candidate should be outgoing and friendly with a natural talent for customer service. We want our guests to feel as though they can get anything they might want or need at the drop of the hat, so as the Front Desk/Guest Service Representative, it would be your job to provide that.
Schedule:
We are looking for a part time seasonal employee
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Communicate with the booking, housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure prompt responses to guestsâ needs
- Make reservations or appointments for guests who want to avail themselves of local entertainment or services
- Answer guest calls and record details of each conversation for future follow-up
- Meet and exceed guestsâ expectations by anticipating the services they might require and suggesting local venues
Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma/GED required
2+ years' front desk experience in the hospitality industry preferred
1+ years' customer service experience required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
