Front Office Manager is a customer service position requiring excellent guest service skills. The Front Office Manager will assist the General Manager in everyday operations, guest satisfaction and physical condition of the property. Front desk duties include checking guests in and out, taking reservations, assigning rooms and providing information on room rates and services provided. The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the front office, training and supervising front desk and audit staff, and handling guest questions and concerns. Prior staff management and Microsoft Office experience is helpful. Position requires ability to work independently and to perform well in stressful situations.

Must be willing to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

Pay starts above minimum wage plus earned INCENTIVES and BONUSES.
