We are looking for enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified culinary team members to assist in running our large and busy farm to table kitchen. We offer locally sourced ingredients paired with premium wines and stunning views that overlook the beautiful Rogue Valley. Our program features high quality modern Pacific Northwest cuisine, with an emphasis on local meats, sustainable seafood, seasonal local produce, artisan cheeses, and charcuterie. This is an award-winning venue with high standards and absolute commitment to customer experience. Our establishment often caters for a variety of events including weddings and corporate functions.
The successful applicant will have previous experience:
Maintaining a sanitary and safe work space
working in a busy kitchen
We are seeking Dishwashers, prep cooks,
Line cooks and special event help.
Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.
