We are looking for individuals for the following positions:
HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISORS
Housekeeping Supervisors oversee work activities of room attendants to ensure our guestrooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
They also oversee the work activities of housepersons performing janitorial, groundskeeping and light maintenance duties to keep our properties clean and well-maintained both interior and exterior.
Supervisors must be self-starters who are able to work on their own with minimum supervision, have great attention to detail and good communication skills.
Ability to multitask and follow company policies and procedures at all times is very important. Excellent customer service is a requirement of all our employees.
We look for people who are friendly, enjoy working with the public and willing to respond to guest related questions or concerns in a timely, efficient and positive manner.
The position requires that applicants be able to stand for extended periods and be capable of walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling or crouching and cleaning rooms if necessary.
Previous supervisor experience is preferred.
Must be willing to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
Pay starts above minimum wage plus earned INCENTIVES and BONUSES.
