I ain't gone lie - this particular job is harder than most. The work conditions kinda suck, the ticket volume is extreme, and the customers are exacting and unforgiving. That is the plain truth. On the plus side the money is top shelf; Back of house gets a full tip share with the front on the daily, and if you make the cut you will soon be making more than what we start you at, which is already more than minimum. You get a shift meal and frothy beverage at the end of the day. You can have all the coffee you can drink but bathroom breaks are hard to come by.
So we need someone that can basically kick ass right out the gate. We offer a 10 day trial period to see if we want you to work for us. You have to be sober by 6am as that is when you need to be at work. You better be fit, because the kitchen is hot, crowded, small, fast moving, and the days are long. There is a lot of old school prep so your knife skills should be on point.
